This week's Feature Question:
How do you handle a book you don’t like? Do you DNF or do
you power through?
Hottie
Syreeta's Answer: I have luckily only had this happen to me once and I powered through it. It was PAINFUL, but I was able to do it.

Only once? Wow...I've DNF...um, too many times to count. I just have so many books to read that I really can't stand wasting time reading books I hate.

Wow, your so lucky to only have had one lousy book! But I hate to DNF books too, even if I have to skim I prefer to finish what I started :)

ReplyDeleteI always power through books. I'm a Bloglovin follower! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Krystianna,
DeleteThank you so much for being a follower. What is your website so I can follow you.
Usually I will give it 50-100 pages as if it hasn't hooked me by then I doubt it will. I may skip to the end but my tbr pile is too big to power through books I'm not enjoying.

I have a 33% mark rule. It used to be 25, but I upped it ;-) If I still can't get into it it will usually turn into a DNF. But that's rare
